Committee Meeting Schedules and Locations

Program/Planning - The Hiawatha Behavioral Health Board’s Program/Planning committee will meet Wednesday, June 18th, 2008 at 5:00 p.m. at the Mackinac County Office, located at 114 Elliot Street, St. Ignace, MI 49781.

Personnel committee - The Hiawatha Behavioral Health Board’s Personnel committee will meet on Monday, July 21st, 2008 at 6:00 p.m. at the Schoolcraft County office, located at 125 N. Lake Street, Manistique, MI 49854.

Finance - The Hiawatha Behavioral Health Board’s Finance committee will meet on Wednesday, July 16th, 2008 at 5:00 p.m. at the Schoolcraft County office, located at 125 N. Lake Street, Manistique, MI 49854.

Buildings and Grounds Committee - The Hiawatha Behavioral Health Board’s Building & Grounds committee will not have their monthly meeting in July.

The Executive Committee - The Hiawatha Behavioral Health Board’s Executive committee will meet Thursday, July 10th, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at the Mackinac County office, located at 114 Elliot Street, St. Ignace, MI 49781.

REGULAR MEETING OF THE HIAWATHA COMMUNITY MENTAL HEALTH AUTHORITY RECIPIENT RIGHTS ADVISORY COMMITTEE

There will be a regular meeting of the Hiawatha Community Mental Health Authority - Recipient Rights Advisory Committee on Thursday, July 24th, 2008 from 3:00pm – 5:00pm in Mackinac County located at 114 Elliot Street, St. Ignace, MI.

Video-Conferencing is available between the Manistique, St.Ignace and Sault Ste Marie sites.

The public is welcome to attend - 72 hour advance notification for special accommodations is appreciated.

Finance – Wednesday prior to the Board meeting at 4:00 p.m. – Schoolcraft office

Program/Planning – Meets quarterly/as necessary - Mackinac office

Building/Grounds – 2^nd Tuesday of the month at 5:00 p.m. – Rotating sites

Executive - 2^nd Thursday of the month at 10:00 a.m. – Mackinac office

Recipient Rights – Meets quarterly – rotating sites
